CHRISTMAS PARTIES 123
Thank you for choosing our restaurant once again for your traditional Christmas party. This period of the year is probably our busiest time, so we advise you to read the following Terms & Conditions:
- The Christmas Menus are available strictly for group of 10 or more. You must nominate a Party Organizer to deal with your Booking Process, your Deposit and later on with the Menu Choices.
- Before booking a table ONLINE call the reservation line 0207 580 0021 to check the availability for the day requested and, if possible, make a Provisional Booking. You don’t need to pay the deposit at this stage. The Provisional Booking give you the priority call or request. If you decide not to go ahead later on, call us and cancel your Provisional Booking.
- A deposit of £20 per head needs to be paid at least one month before your party. Your deposit will be refunded accordingly with the final numbers of attendees.
- You must submit the Menu Choices at least 2 weeks before your party using only our Pre Booking From provided by email only which has been sent together with this Christmas Menu.
- For your own convenience, please refrain of bringing any luggage, large ruck-sacks, electric scooters, folding bikes (yes folding bikes) or any other large items which could eventually compromise your own space. As we don’t have a cloakroom to keep all the bags you might need to keep your small bags and briefcases under the table only.
Reservation for the PRIVATE ROOM (max 35) must be made two months in advance for all bookings. For groups of less than 25 people we reserve the right of using the remaining tables only if is necessary.
Please be advised that in case of coming more than 30 minutes late after the agreed time and without any prior notification or phone call you may lose your table and consequently your deposit.
