Thank you for choosing our restaurant once again for your traditional Christmas party. This period of the year is probably our busiest time, so we advise you to read the following Terms & Conditions:

The Christmas Menus are available strictly for group of 10 or more. You must nominate a Party Organizer to deal with your Booking Process, your Deposit and later on with the Menu Choices.

Before booking a table ONLINE call the reservation line 02075800021 to check the availability for the day requested and, if possible, make a Provisional Booking. You don’t need to pay the deposit at this stage. The Provisional Booking gives you the priority call or request. If you decide not to go ahead later on, call us and cancel your Provisional Booking.

A depsosit of £ 5 per head needs to be paid at least one month before your party.  Once your deposit is paid and if for any reason you need to cancel your booking we kindly ask you to send us an email no later than 4 weeks before. Failure to do so will result in losing your deposit. Send us an email to info@dapaolo.co.uk  and the manager on duty will be immediately notified. Your deposit will be deducted 100% from the final bill. If the number of people is reduced by more than a half after the deposit has been paid please notify us as soon as possible but no later than 4 weeks, otherwise we will refund your deposit according with the final number of people attending your party. Ring the reservations line 02075800021 in time and we will refund you 100% of your deposit together with the final bill. In the event of increasing the number of people no further deposit is required.

You must submit the Menu Choices at least 2 weeks before your party using only our Pre booking Form provided by email only which has being sent together with this Christmas Menu.

For your own convenience, please refrain of bringing any luggage or any other large items which could eventually compromise your own space. As we don’t have a cloak room to keep all the bags you might need to keep your ruck sack or briefcase under the table only.

Reservation for the PRIVATE ROOM must be made two month in advance for any case. The Private room is for a maximum of 35 people. For groups of less than 25 people we reserve the right to use the remaining tables only if is necessary.

Please be advised that if you are late and arrive more than 30 minutes after the agreed time, and without any prior notification or phone call, you may lose your table and consequently your deposit.
